INQUIRY AND RESEARCH

Demonstrating the ability to utilize research to enhance student learning and contribute to the teaching profession is a crucial aspect of program completion. Research plays an influential role in identifying factors that influence student learning, making its inclusion extremely important.
Throughout course 6300, I engaged in research focused on exploring the relationship between student learning and screen time exposure. Given the prevalence of screen time among students in our generation, I found this topic particularly relevant. The research process yielded valuable insights that I can directly apply to my teaching practices. These findings not only enrich my understanding of student learning dynamics but also empower me to make informed decisions to optimize learning outcomes in the classroom and inform the community served.
